Events
Throughout the year there are many planned family activities and celebrations, alongside themed weeks such as Rainforest Week, Outer Space Week etc. Planned events include:
Halloween Parade
The preschoolers get a chance to wear their Halloween costumes to school. They are organized and led in a parade from the classroom up to the church courtyard where they are cheered on by an eager audience of families/friends. They return through the church office to collect treats from staff.
Stone Soup Celebration
Children and parents enjoy a morning of sharing and friendship prior to Thanksgiving. Everyone brings a favorite ingredient to add to what always turns out to be a delicious "Stone Soup."
Holiday Party
A fun and exciting morning, we celebrate the Holidays with our families and a special visitor from the North Pole.
VIP Day (Very Important Person's Day)
Held on a Saturday morning, the children get to share the preschool experience with a parent, relative or friend who cannot visit during the week.
Easter Egg Hunt
Held at a local park, children go hunting for the Easter Bunny’s spoils, followed by a family picnic.
Mother's Day
A truly special celebration honoring our hardworking mothers with "one-of-a-kind" gifts and a lot of hugs and kisses.
